Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use Media King to plan, create, review, publish, measure, and improve lawful marketing for businesses and organizations you are authorized to represent. Keep an accountable human reviewer for claims, targeting, rights, spend, and final publication.

Never use Media King to

• Break the law, violate a platform rule, evade a restriction, or facilitate harm.
• Create malware, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, hate, threats, non-consensual intimate content, or deceptive political influence.
• Generate fake reviews, fake followers, undisclosed endorsements, fabricated testimonials, or content designed to mislead about a person, product, study, result, affiliation, or material connection.
• Make unsupported medical, health, financial, legal, employment, housing, insurance, or other regulated claims, or target protected groups unlawfully.
• Scrape or scan a site without authorization, bypass authentication, defeat rate limits, exfiltrate secrets, or submit passwords, API keys, payment data, or sensitive personal information in prompts.
• Send spam, automate unwanted replies, manipulate engagement, overload a provider, or use a connector outside the account owner’s permission.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Circumvent sandbox, approval, billing, moderation, account-isolation, or Project safeguards.

Enforcement

We may warn, limit, pause, remove, or terminate content or access; revoke connectors; hold or reverse a queued action; or preserve evidence when we reasonably suspect a violation, legal risk, provider breach, or security threat. We aim to provide notice where doing so will not increase risk or violate law.

Report suspected abuse or a compromised account to support@mediakingai.com. Include the relevant workspace or Project, provider, timestamps, and a safe description; never email a password, token, or secret.
